Ms Mihaelena Damyanova is an Investment Manager in NEVEQ. There she is focusing on new media such as internet communication platforms and social media. Prior to joining NEVEQ Mihaelena was a regional operations director for five years at Orbitel, the first SEE alternative telecom company, where she was part of its exit strategy team. In the past she worked also as business development manager in Mobikom and was part of the team of Mobiltel in its start-up phase of development.

Mr Valentin Alexiev is the founder and Captain of Start UP, whose purpose is to awaken the entrepreneurial Spirit among young people in Bulgaria and to show them how to start their own business. Before that he participated in the creation of Hydroizomat Engineering Ltd and has worked at the Entrepreneurship Development Institute at the University of National and World Economy. Valentin Alexiev graduated in Business Informatics from the University of National and World Economy.

Mr Anton Todorov started his professional career in the field of information management at AI Data Processing. He created and developed the Analysis and Consultancy Unit at the SeeNews Agency with a team of data analysts. Later on, as business development manager, he developed new international partnerships and management systems. He is the author of 15 books and studies on risk investment and the author of the first ever study in Bulgaria about Business Angel investors in SMEs. Mr Todorov is the creator of the first web site in Bulgaria related to Business Angels. Co-founder and managing partner of the Bulgarian Business Angels Network (BBAN) and member of the Marketing and Web Committee of the European Business Angel Network (EBAN).

Dr Roumen Nikolov works in the area of e-Learning, Software Technologies, e-Government, e-Commerce, e-Work, Innovation and Technology Transfer, and Knowledge Management. Dr. Nikolov is the National Representative at the European Technology Platform for Software and Services (NESSI). He has been involved in more than 50 projects related to EC, World Bank, Unesco, etc. Dr. Nikolov is coordinator of several projects related to university-industry cooperation. He is also elected Chair of the Bulgarian Telework Association.

Dr Stavri Nikolov is a Founder and Head of Research of Attentive Displays Ltd. Attentive Displays Ltd is a leading provider of consultancy, system integration and software development services in the field of attentive displays, interactive advertising, eye-tracking based systems, and data and information visualisation solutions. Prior to founding Attentive Displays Ltd, from 1998 until 2007, Dr Nikolov was a Senior Research Fellow in Image Processing at the University of Bristol, UK. He has published more than 60 refereed or invited papers, including eight invited book chapters, and also numerous technical reports on image processing, interactive systems and information visualisation. He has also given many invited lectures around the world. Dr Nikolov is the creator and co-ordinator of The Online Resource for Research in Image Fusion (www.imagefusion.org) and The Online Archive of Scanpath Data (www.scanpaths.org). He is the Founding Director of the Digital Spaces Living Lab in Sofia, Bulgaria.

Mr Konstantin Petrov is Founder and Managing partner of NEVEQ. Prior to this he was CEO/founder of Orbitel, the leading Bulgarian alternative telecom, acquired in 2005 by Deutsche Telecom. He has successfully managed the start-up phase of Orbitel, growing the company to €12m revenue company. He is active investor and founder of several successful companies in the telecom, power engineering equipment, financial services and hospitality sectors.
Mr Konstantin Petrov has MSc degrees in Engineering, Marketing and International Business Relations.

Mr. Pavel Ezekiev is Founder and Managing partner of NEVEQ. In the past he was Country Head of Deutsche Bank AG and CEO of Invest Bulgaria Agency, a government institution which generated over €1 billion in FDI since 2002. He was Director of a €50 million Bulgarian specialty engineering company. He worked as a corporate finance associate in Deutsche Bank, London and a business analyst in Microsoft Corporation, Redmond. Mr. Pavel Ezekiev has BSc in Finance and French with Honors, Northeastern University.

Mr. Marin Iliev is an investment manager at NEVEQ Capital Partners. A graduate of the American University in Bulgaria, he had worked for Scudder Investments and Deutsche Asset Management in Boston, USA, and EPIC, Bulgaria, prior to joining NEVEQ Capital Partners.
